Elaina: 15 months

Elaina is such a joy.  She is the ultimate BABY of the family and everyone caters to her.  She is still riding in an infant car seat because at her 1 year appointment, she was only weighing in at 18lbs 6 oz.  Technically you have to be 20lbs to move up into a bigger seat.  I'm thinking that will be her big gift at Christmas :).  The new recommendation is for them to remain rear-facing until 2 years old.  We may not have a choice simply by weight!

*says: Hi, Mama, Dada, Thank You,  Bye Bye, Stop! (typically at Roman), and Dis (which she says when she want's something so maybe it's really "this"?).
*Sleeps all night and has for quite some time.  Goes to bed around 7:30-8pm and sleeps until at least 7am, sometimes longer.
* Eats everything all of the time.  Loves fruit, yogurt and of course sweets.  Likes veggies too.
*Loves to climb on everything!
* Loves to be held.  Mostly by mom, but everyone else is okay if I'm not around.
* She is always on the go, but does like to snuggle her head into me and sit for a while at times.  Love this <3 .="" nbsp="" p="">*Mya calls her Miss Lanes
*Loves to go outside.  Gets upset when she cant go with big sisters.

*LOVES bathtime
*Talks all of the time although I have no idea what she is saying.
*Typically naps once a day in the afternoons for an hour or two
* Runs everywhere she goes.  Well, it's more like a fast-paced waddle :)

She is such a well-behaved and funny child.  We really enjoy her and all that she brings to our family.  The three girls make such great friends and I am blessed to watch them grow up together.  Mya is her second mom most of the time, but both are very helpful with her.  Elaina just loves to follow them around.
