Monday Morning

Soooo this weekend went by WAY too fast! We had a wonderful family weekend though. On Saturday we all went down to the AC pool for the GEEAA sponsored swimming and lunch. Kaiden was a water bug as usual...jumping off the diving board and even doing flips :) The water was freezing so Mya and I hung out in the shade while the boys did their thing in the water. After they swam for a while we ate and headed back to the house to get ready to go to Wichita to eat at the Japanese steakhouse where they cook in front of you. Kaiden loved it...he said "we need to eat here everyday"...if we only had 80 bucks to spend on every meal!! It was a great show. Brad and Whitney met us there so we had great company! We don't see each other enough so its always nice when we can get together. I love having family time that is so genuine yet so simple.



On Sunday Kaiden went back to Iowa :( He starts school on Tuesday so we wish him good luck on his first day as a 1st grader!!



Mya hasn't been feeling well. She has a runny/congested nose, red swollen watery eyes, and low grade temp among other things. So this morning we took her to the Dr. He said she has a bacterial infection in her eyes and fluid behind her left ear. So we are now on Amoxicillan for 7 days. If she doesn't respond then we will go back to doc for further evaluation. She has been acting okay but just looks like crap! My poor baby!! I will keep you updated on how she is feeling. I'm sure with the antibiotics and tylenol she will be much better in no time.
