We went and watched Daddy play soccer. Mya was ball girl {sort-of} and enjoyed running the balls back to the goal.

{Insert Cozumel Trip HERE} I'm going to blog about that sometime....hopefully soon :-)We got back from our trip barely in time to celebrate 4th of July. Mya liked sparklers okay, she enjoyed the poppers more and trying to be a big girl and light the fireworks. Of course she has to be like Kaiden!

Kaiden just wanted to light things. He didn't care so much about what they did, he just wanted to light another one!!
Front row seats to the firework show at the fairgrounds. It was so great to sit out on our back patio and watch them and not have to fight the crowds. I really hope it's at the fairgrounds next year too. Popcorn and Capri Suns made the kids happy!
Once we all got back to real life and the daily ins and outs we had family cleaning day. As you can guess Kaiden was just thrilled! Mya wanted to help out but she HAD to wear gloves like Kaiden :)

They love their daddy AND look like him too!!!
We have been outside a lot because our back patio is shaded in the evenings. It makes it really nice and the kids can play in the water and draw with chalk. Kaiden wrote a saying that just melts my heart. I may just frame it!

Macy is growing like a weed. She is so independent these days. She wants to feed herself with utensils all of the time and she's pretty good at it.
Kaiden mowing the grass. This is his first time doing it....I don't think he's a fan! He doesn't really complain much about it though, he just does it!
This past weekend we went camping. Just us. Perfect. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy camping with everyone but its really nice once in a while to just have the 5 of us.
The girls met some friend's there too!
We buried Kaiden and Fredo gave him boobs-lol-but its hard to tell!
Macy has no fear. Just runs into the water and down the beach like she's a baywatch actress! Here she is laying her head back while daddy twirls her in the water. She giggles the whole time :-)
Dusti, Jermie and their crew came out Saturday mid- morning and spent the day. Again, Perfect. It was so much fun to have girl talk, kids playing nicely and the catamaran to ride on! They didn't camp and went home when it started to get dark and I think our kids were ready for bed! They played hard and were in the water 90% of the time given the heat was 100+ degrees. We had a nice dinner, ice cream cones and lots of cute pictures!

Macy loved her ice cream cone and was the first one done except for Kaiden. I think it's her first one ever!
So we have been busy enjoying having our entire family together for the summer. Kaiden has been in football camp and Alfredo is really enjoying that...probably as much or more than Kaiden is. This week is speed and agility camp that the boys will get to bond over. I am going to attempt to blog about our Cozumel trip but that will be a loooooong post. We had a great time, a much needed vacation. The girls had fun with Abuelita and Toto too. I think it was a vacation for them also. They got whatever they wanted, went swimming a lot and to Adventureland. Yep, they are spoiled!
