Summer 2011

I have a goal: blog at least twice monthly! We will see how motivated I am :-)

We always take full advantage of the summers and we did so this year too! Even with the 100+ degree weather.

Sometime in July I had my 10 year reunion. We had a great time and its a good thing its every 5-10 years. Too much to drink and not enough sleep!

I just had to post this cute picture of the girls sleeping. They are totally sprawled amongst a ton of pillows. Looks comfy!
We had Kaiden for the latter part of the summer. One weekend he and Alfredo went to Iowa for football camp and to get his gear. It was great father-son bonding and Alfredo's favorite sport to play was football so he enjoys teaching Kaiden the ways! He even played football in Italy so that's impressive to Kaiden (and me too!)

Macy is obsessed with shoes right now. She wears everyones around the house.

Miss Mya was painting Macy's fingernails. It only lasted for a minute but I was able to capture one picture!

The girls LOVED for Kaiden to pull them around the house! That's 50lbs and he got tired pretty quickly!

Since Alfredo and I went to Cozumel we felt like the kids should have a little vacation too. So we took them to Frontier City and White Water Bay. Even little Mace got in on the action! My dad, Tina, Zane and Kaelie went with us too. It actually worked out perfectly for the kids!

I just had to post this one too. Alfredo had gone through some of his old pictures to show Kaiden ones of football. He ran across this picture of him when he was a kid. Probably about Macy's age. It's super hard to get a kid to stay still, smile and look at me to take a picture so this is the best I got but you get the idea. Macy is Alfredita :-) I have one on my phone of Macy that looks identical to this picture but unfortunately I'm not that talented!
