This weekend we went to KC to visit Kaiden. A busy weekend we had, but so much fun! After we ate lunch at Schlotzky's we went to bowl before checking in to our hotel. Unfortunately I only captured pictures of the bowling part and not all of the other fun we had.
Mya bowled all by herself. She carried her ball and everything. So independent.
Macy was happy she got a turn too. I helped her and she loved it.
At some point it turned into cosmic bowling. The girls really enjoyed that. We figured out you could use this bowling thing for little kids. Where has it been this whole time! So at the end Kaiden helped the girls with the ultra neat assistant. Such a good big brother!
The kids couldn't wait to get back and swim. The hotel we stay at has a very small indoor waterpark with one slide for the big kids and one for the little ones, plus some other neat things. Nothing compared to Great Wolf, but much, much more affordable! We all swam for a while and wore ourselves out. A good dinner, bag of popcorn and a movie later we were all asleep!
We miss our Kaiden and wish he didn't have to go back. It's important we cherish these moments and spend quality time as a family, always.
